This workshop was about getting together students in product design, ceramics and cooking. As a product designer, we had the leaders role. The theme of the meal was about monochrome. We were selected for working on the delicacies with the purple colour.
We imagined, experimented and realized the preciousness of purple color accompanied with some tea of Master Tseng.
This project allowed us to see a complete evolution between the first idea and the production of 30 plates for a gastronomic meal.
